Hudson House
Hudson Valley, New York
An 1860’s farm outbuilding was transformed into a comfortable and rustic guesthouse with simple, modern interior details. This small but complex renovation included new windows and doors, structure and siding repairs, a bathroom with new plumbing connections, radiant floor heating and split system HVAC, a new stair, and the installation of a new concrete footing foundation. Much of the existing weathered wood flooring was salvaged and reused.
